XYPEX CONCRETE WATERPROOFING BY CRYSTALLIZATION™ products have been successfully applied worldwide for more than fifty years, and in Singapore since the 1980’s. Jingslink has been the sole distributor for Xypex for more than 20 years. Xypex has been applied in projects as diverse as nuclear power plants, tunnels, water storage containers, roof decks, and every day applications such as concrete basements, wet areas and other concrete structures subject to water pressure.

The Xypex product range consists of high quality products which are typically used for concrete waterproofing, concrete durability, and concrete repair and protection. The product range varies from crystalline growth products through to non-crystalline ancillary products. The primary and most distinguishing performance feature of Xypex is its unique ability to generate a non-soluble crystalline formation deep within the pores and capillary tracts of the concrete. Crystalline structure formation permanently seals the concrete against the penetration of water and other liquids from any direction.
